For associations, federations and franchise groups. Typically 18 or more independently operated dojos. Your own branded version of Keiko, in your name and colours, on your own web address.

Questions

Who counts as an active member?: Someone who trains with a current membership or a class in the last 30 days. Parents who only pay, archived and sample members, and you, don't count. Neither do visitors: people coming to watch, trying a free class, or on a course who haven't joined.
What happens if we grow past our plan?: You're told when you're close. At the limit you get 14 days to upgrade, then new members wait until you do. Nothing is deleted, and everyone already here keeps training and booking.
How do members pay us?: Straight to you: PayID, bank transfer, your own Stripe, Square or PayPal link, or cash. Members pay through your link or account and tap "I've paid", and you confirm in one tap. Money never passes through Keiko, and we never take a cut.
Can we change plans?: Any time. Move up when you grow; move down when your numbers fit. Yearly saves two months.
Which countries is Keiko for?: Keiko is set up for Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom: bank details, phone numbers, tax wording and dates the way they're done there. It also works in Ireland, Canada and United States. Anywhere else, choose Other country and fill in your own details. Keiko shows what you enter: your tax and legal obligations are yours to manage.
Do prices include tax?: Yes. Prices are in Australian Dollar and include any GST or VAT we have to charge. Nothing is added at checkout.
