For traditional martial arts schools
One system for the whole dojo.
One system for your dojo. One page for every member.
Classes, payments, gradings and courses, working together.
Every feature included. Pay for the size of your dojo, not the features you unlock.

Your dashboard

Every member’s page
Member self-service
Why are you answering the same questions every day?
- “Can’t make it tonight?”
- “Did you get my payment?”
- “How many classes do I have left?”
- “When’s the next grading?”
One system for bookings.
Another for payments.
A spreadsheet for gradings.
And somehow all the answers still live with you.
Keiko puts everything in one place and gives every member a page where they can view it, update it and act on it themselves.
The answers shouldn’t live with the dojocho.

Growth
Support the way your dojo grows.
Every dojo grows differently.
Some invite prospective students to come and watch.
Some offer free classes.
Some run workshops.
Some develop structured beginner courses.
What matters is helping people experience your dojo before asking them to commit.
Keiko supports the approach your dojo uses today and gives you the tools to experiment with new ones when you’re ready.

Progress
Progress students can see.
Students train because they want to improve.
Parents want to know what’s next.
Instructors want consistency.
Keiko keeps your syllabus, lesson plans and gradings connected, so students can always see where they are and what comes next.
- Every program has its own pathway.
- Mon grades. Kyu grades. Dan grades. BJJ belts and stripes. Displayed the way students wear them.
- Progress is visible.
- Current grade. Next grade. Requirements. What’s being worked towards.
- Teach from a shared syllabus.
- Lesson plans, grading requirements and curriculum remain connected.
- Gradings become milestones.
- Workshops, beginner courses and regular classes can all contribute towards meaningful progression.

Moving from another system?
Changing software shouldn’t feel harder than running your dojo.
You don’t need to bring everything across.
What matters is the information you’d otherwise have to type again:
- Members and families
- Memberships and balances
- What they’ve paid and owe
- Current belts and grading dates
- The information you need to keep the dojo running
Export your data from your existing system and map it into a simple Keiko template.
AI Import Assistant
Already using AI?
Copy the migration prompt and give it to Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
Attach:
- your export from the old system
- the Keiko import template
The AI restructures the data into the format Keiko expects.
- You review it
- Keiko validates it
- Then decide whether to continue
We know you’re already using AI. Here’s a prompt that can save you hours.

Run your space
Make more from the space you already pay for.
Your dojo doesn’t stop costing money when classes finish.
Quiet periods can become additional income through private lessons, workshops, community hire or venue hire.
Keiko keeps everything on the same calendar as your classes so nothing gets double-booked.

One calendar: classes, private lessons, workshops and venue hire
- Your hours, your rates: set the spaces you hire out, when, and the hourly and regular-hirer rates. Free time shows on the same calendar as your classes.
- Their own page: hirers get in touch from your hire page. Once you approve them, they book from their own page, and you accept or decline in one tap.
- You stay in charge: hirers get in touch, you show them the space, and you approve who uses it. The agreement and insurance are tracked for you, and the passcode or key only shows once they're approved.
- Invoices that send themselves: if you charge for hire, weekly, fortnightly or monthly for regular hirers, with late cancellations charged by your rules.
Pricing
Every feature. Every plan.

Your own branded Keiko for your organisation.
For associations, federations and franchise groups, typically 18 or more independently operated dojos: your own copy of Keiko, in your name and colours, kept apart from everyone else. Let's talk.
Made by a dojocho
Built in a real dojo, for real dojos.
“I built Keiko because wherever I train, and wherever I visit, I see the same thing: a dojocho dealing with disparate systems instead of being on the mat. I built it to take on the tasks a dojocho shouldn't have to do. A dojocho belongs in front of people, not a computer.”
Questions
Before you start.
- Can I bring my members across?
- Yes, with their families, belts (the date and classes since), balances and how long they've trained. Fill in our import spreadsheet, or use the AI prompt we give you to turn your current system's export into it. You check everything before it goes in.
- What happens to my old system's history?
- A summary comes across with each member: classes before, last attended, last payment. Keep your old export as a record.
- How do members book?
- From their own page, with one tap: Book, or tap Booked to cancel. A parent taps each child's name. Full classes have a waitlist, and you set how far ahead they can book and when cancelling is late.
- Does Keiko replace email?
- No. Keiko sends routine emails automatically, such as reminders, receipts and welcomes. Member self-service also means fewer questions need to be emailed in the first place.
- Do you track attendance?
- Every class, from the roll on your phone. Members see their own training, always positive: weeks in a row, their best month, a welcome back. Never what they missed.
- How do members pay?
- Into your account by bank transfer, PayID or your own payment link. They tap I've paid; you confirm. We take 0%.
- Can newcomers come and watch first?
- Yes. Your page offers the next few classes to watch: they book a visit, bring someone if they like, and get the time to arrive and a reminder. You see who's coming on Today, and the next day thank them with the next step: a free class, a course, or a list to hear when the next one starts.
- Can people buy gift certificates?
- Yes. Your gift page sells a course (even before its dates are set), a class pack or an amount, paid straight to you. The certificate comes in five designs with a PDF to print, and a course gift has a QR code to its own page. Gifts are valid for 3 years and can be used on anything.
- Is my members' data safe?
- Each dojo's data is kept separate. Waivers and health notes are private to you and your instructors.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, monthly, no contract. Download your data whenever you like.
- Does it suit my style?
- Karate, jujutsu, aikido, BJJ, kendo, kung fu… your belts for each program (Mon, Kyu, Dan, or a few colours with stripes), your syllabus, your words.
- Can members pay ahead?
- Yes. Pay for a few months at once, or a deal you set; it sits as credit and pays each charge as it comes. A parent's credit covers the whole family.
- Can I send news to members?
- Yes, on their page, by email too if you like, now or on a date. Pin it, or ask them to tap Got it, and see who's seen it.
- Will it look like my dojo?
- Your logo on their phone's home screen, and your colour on their page if you choose.
